I'll be appearing at the Winnipeg Comic and Toy Expo, selling artwork, drawing and selling sketches, that sort of thing. Here are the particulars:

I'll have original sketches as well as pinups (hopefully a couple of new ones, depending on how much time I can free up in my schedule over the next couple of weeks) for sale, talk comics to folks, and generally hang out and have a good time!
THURSDAY 17 JANUARY, 2008
Next Monday, I'll be appearing on 'Breakfast Television', the local morning TV show on CITY TV here in Winnipeg.
I'll be doing a live remote with one of the hosts, Jimmy Mac, where I'll be instructing him on illustrating a comic book page.
I'll be on all morning, from around 7am until about 10am, with other segments and stories interspersed throughout the program. Basically, the format will be a five or ten minute segment every twenty or so minutes during the morning.
This should be a lot of fun. I had a really good time the last time I was on the show, and am really looking forward to spending more time on it this time!
So, that will be 7am to 10am, Monday, January 21st, 2008. With my thanks going out to Mike and Violet of Raven Comics (214 St Mary's Road) who are graciously allowing us to film the remote in their store!

Also, this is to announce a bit of a heads-up - I'll be appearing on 'Breakfast Television' sometime in early January 2008, showing how a comic book page is done, from initial sketch to final completed printed version. More information to come!

There is an interview with me in the latest issue of The Uniter, the University of Winnipeg student newspaper. It, along with my appearance this past Tuesday on the TV program Breakfast Television, has been part of the promotion for the Manitoba Comic Con this weekend.
Here's a last-minute update - I will be appearing at the Manitoba Comic Con in October. I'll be selling artwork, doing sketches, and speaking at a comic book panel on Saturday. I'll even be giving away a few comic books that I've worked on.

This is something I have been developing since 1993, and I am extremely excited at this opportunity to show it to everyone.
There is also a preview of the first five pages (and the cover) on my ComicSpace page. I encourage everyone to check it out (as every download makes me money!).

I will be appearing at Keycon
Keycon is a large science fiction and fantasy convention held annually in Winnipeg. This year, I will be appearing at a comic book panel along with Lovern Kindzierski and other artists.
It is being held at the Raddisson Hotel, at 288 Portage Ave, Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. The entire convention takes place from Friday, May 18th, 2007 to Sunday, May 20th, 2007. The Comic Book Panel itself will be in Provincial Ballroom A on May 19th, and will run from 10am to 12pm.
